Halloween Hats by cutekick Halloween Hats by cutekick
*** MY ETSY *** MY STORENVY ***

Hats do not cover eyes. The model head is made smaller than the average human head. This causes the hat to cover the eyes and parts of the face that it will not on a person.

Here are some more Halloween hats. There might be one more after this but who knows if I will have time.

There is a black bat hat that has black fabric patterns with green bats on the inner ears (my creativity on this one amazes even me /sarcasm).

A black fox hat with black and orange diamond checkers for the inner ears. Made me think of Cheshire cat a bit.

A black and orange dragon hat. This is just my basic dragon design but in Halloween colors.

A black bunny rabbit hat with orange tips on the inside and outside of the ears.

Next row there is an orange long eared bunny hat with a black brim and with black fabric spotted with green, purple, orange, and white spots for the inner ears.

There is a black long eared bunny hat with shiny silver spider webs on the inner ears. I wish photos could show the shininess properly.

Last there is another bunny rabbit hat but with orange and black vertical stripes in the inner ears.

Any of the patterned fabric can be replace with another. Say you want the checkers on a long eared bunny hat? No problem.

Enjoy!

I do not use form or wire in any of these hats. The ears are designed to stay on on their own and that is exactly what they do.

Thanks for the fav! That is actually a fox hat, the ears are much larger and have a sharper point than the cat hats. I have cat hats here: [link] and I could make one with the checkered pattern for you if you would prefer a cat over a fox.

I actually did check out your site, and was referring to the actual cat hats you had, in Black & Orange of course. But you're very welcome! I'll continue to nag him about it until I can get the hat, haha.

Ah, sorry. I just figured you were talking about the one in this picture since I did post all the cat hats in a separate image. I am guessing you want it because it has something to do with your icon?

Sort of, yes! My OC is a black & orange domestic cat, so I would find strong connections to a hat such as that.

Ah, that makes sense. I also make custom hats so if you ever want something more accurate to your character I would be more than happy to make it for you.

If I can convince my dad to let me purchase the hat, I would love a custom hat. Would that still be $20 or would customs be extra?

It would depend. Hats are priced based on how much work they are. So, if your custom hat had more details than a simple cat hat it would cost more.

How did you learn to start making plushies and hats?

Hm, my mother taught me how to hand sew when I was little. After that my dad taught me how to use a sewing machine. I generally only made pillows with pretty fabric until I got into costume making and it was all self taught. I made tons of mistakes along the way and wish their was the internet resources that there are now. I would have avoided many failed attempts. Also, if you know how to use a sewing machine most patterns marked "Easy" are good for beginners and have clear instructions. Just stay away from anything made by Simplicity. There instructions are so confusing no matter which pattern it is.
